Purple Perfect Pearls

When you see this title, don't think it is Ranger's Perfect Pearls for stamping, it's the purple pearls necklace made by Swarovski  pearl and round beads. Below is the finished necklace.

This necklace is very easy to make. I used 6mm Swarovski pearls (Powder Rose, Lavender, Mauve, Burgundy, and Dark Purple) and 6mm Swarovski crystal round beads (Light Amethyst) to finish the necklace.

Isn't it pretty and elegant? I really love my design with a crystal bead in between the pearl beads.

Paper Smooches Sparks - Cool Shades Challenge

Here is Paper Smooches Sparks Cool Shades challenge for this week:

And Below is the card I made:

I used Distress Ink Pad and water mist to create the background. Then, I cut out the leaves with Paper Smooches dies and put Glossy Accent and Distress glitters on top of the leaves. After dry, I attached them on the background. Stamp "thanks" with gray ink to finish the card.

Here is a closer look at the glitter leaves:

Another photo of the card. Love the distress background and the Distress glitters.

Chalkboard Christmas Card - Hero Arts Inspiration Challenge

I made this chalkboard Christmas card for Hero Arts' Inspiration Challenge. I was inspired by this Christmas tree chalkboard card in the new holiday catalog. Here is the inspiration:

Based on this inspiration, I made the below chalkboard style Christmas card:

The image and text were stamped and embossed with white embossing powder on black cardstock. Then, I use a Q-tip and apply the white ink around the image and text. After dry, I stamped the image and text a little off again to create the shadow effect. Finish the card with the silver gems and mount on the red cardstock. A quick and simple card but I was having fun to make it.

Supplies:
Cardstocks: Stampin' Up
Stamps: Hero Arts (CL559 & K5524)
Ink Pads: Stamping' Up
Others: white embossing powder and silver gems
