Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - make your own background, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I applied assorted colors of Distress Oxide inks on the glossy cardstock to make the colorful background. Then I stamped the background stamp (from Simon Says Stamp) with Versamark ink and embossed with rose gold embossing powder (from Altenew). I die cut "hugs" with black cardstock three times and die cue another one with black glitter cardstock. I stacked the "hugs" and put the glitter one on the top to form a dimensional die cut. I attached the "hugs" in the middle of the heart space. Finish the card by attached the whole background on the black glitter cardstock. Below is another look of the card:

Lots Of Love

Here is the card I made with the left over watercolor pieces from last card:

I used different sizes of heart dies to cut out the hearts from the white cardstock. I glued down some of the watercolor left-over pieces and cut into heart shapes on the white background. Then I brushed different colors of Distress Oxide inks on the white card under the cutout heart shapes to show up the colors. I stamped "lots of love" at the bottom right of the card and brushed the boarder with Distress Oxide ink. Finish the card by attaching foam tapes under the heart cutout background and showed different colors of heart underneath the heart die cut-out. Below is another look of the card:
