Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, below is the challenge photo:


Here is the ATC I made to attend this challenge:


I made the background with Gelli plate, acrylic paint, and embossing folder. I stamped the butterflies (from Paper Artsy stamps) on a piece of white cardstock and colored with Copic markers, then cut them out. I attached the two butterflies on the background. Finish the ATC by black embossed the "Trust the journey" (from Studio L2E stamp) on top left of the card.

Altenew July 2018 Inspiration Challenge

Here is Altenew July 2018 Inspiration Challenge, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I used Altenew City Scene stencil and Distress inks to create the city scene on a light gray cardstock. I stamped the buildings (from Altenew Sketchy Cities America stamp set) on the white cardstock with Versafine gray ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Then I fuzzy cut the city buildings and attached on the cardstock. I heat embossed the greetings (also from Altenew Sketchy Cities America stamp set) on top of the card. Finish the card by attaching some blue crystals. Below is another look of the card:

Best Wishes Card

Here are this week's Simon Monday Challenge - Add a little sparkle and Simon Wednesday Challenge - Use a die and/or punch. Below are the challenge photos:



And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:


I used the hexagon embossing folder to make the grey background. I also dry embossed the flower pattern with the embossing folder and lightly put Versamark ink on top of the embossed images and heat embossed with pearl embossing powder. Then I used the hexagon die to cut five hexagon boarder and stacked them together to frame the flower embossed image. I due cut "best wishes" from a word die three times and heat embossed it with pearl embossing powder. Finish the card by attaching some sparkling crystals on the flower hexagon. I used the wreath stencil template and assorted small images from Paper Smooches stamps to make the Christmas wreath, some of the stamps are not even Christmas related. I gold embossed the greeting in the center of the wreath to finish the card. Below is another look of the card:

Honey Bee Stamps Buzzworthy FB Challenge #9 - For The Love Of Florals

Here is Honey Bee Stamps Buzzworthy FB Challenge #9 - For the love of florals, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I gold embossed the large flower stamp from "Zen Bouquet" set on the watercolor paper. Then I water colored the flowers with ZIG Clean Color Real Brushes. I used the same rose gold embossing powder to emboss "sending you a healing" from "Prayers" set on top of the paper. I die cut "prayer" from the matching die on white cardstock three times and one time on black glitter paper. I stacked the "prayer" with glue and attach on the watercolor paper to finish the card. The whole card was made with embossing folders and dies. The background was embossed with the word text embossing folder. I stamped the blue ink on the music embossing folder and made the focal point. I cut out the stitched rectangle die four times and stacked them together to frame the music focal point. Finish the card by die cut "wonderful" word die three times on white cardstock and attach it on the vellum matching die. Below is another look of the card:

A Blog Named Hero Challenge - Summertime Fun

Here is A Blog Named Hero Challenge - Summertime Fun, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I stamped "sending warm fuzzies" with black Versafine ink and clear embossed it. I cut out the sun from background and set aside. Then I blended Distress Oxide inks on the background. The sun was blended with Distress Oxide inks and brushed with clear Wink of the Stella pen. The tree was stamped with Tombow dual brush pens and cut out from the matching die. I black stamped the elephants and birds on the background. Finish the card by attaching the sun with foam tapes back to the background and then attaching the tree on top of it.
