Paper Artsy 2017 Challenge #5 - Blue and Ochre

Here is Paper Artsy 2017 Challenge #5 - Blue and Ochre. I was inspired by this below photo:

And here is the card I made for this challenge:

The background was made by Infusions and I brushed the border with Distress ink (Salty Ocean). I stamped the flowers and leaves on Bristol paper and watercolored with Distress inks. I black embossed the flower stems on the background and attached the cut out leaves on it. For flowers, I glued the center down and attached foam dots on each petals to make them dimensional. I black and white embossed "hugs" with shifting the stamp a little bit to create the shadow look. Finish the card by attaching dew drops (blue and ochre colors) on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:
Cardstock: watercolor paper, Bristol paper, MFT
Stamps: Paper Artsy, Simon Says Stamp
Ink Pads: Versafine, Distress ink pads
Others: Infusions, clear & white embossing powders, foam tapes
