Paper Smooches June 2018 Color Challenge & Simon Monday Challenge

Here are the two challenges I would like to attend this week:

And below is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:

I die cut the wave die and blend Distress Oxide inks on them. I colored the boat, bird, and dolphin with Copic markers and cut them out. I used the cloud stencil and brush some clouds on the background. I assembled all of the elements together and attached foam tapes under the boat. Finish the card by black embossed "waving hello". Below is another look of the card:

Cardstock: PTI, watercolor paper, Neenah
Stamps: Paper Smooches (Wicked Nauticool & Briny Blue sets)
Ink Pads: Distress Oxide, Distress Inks, Versamark, MFT
Stencil: MFT
Others: wave die, foam tapes, Copic markers, clear embossing powder, foam tapes
