Simon Monday Challenge - Beautiful Blooms

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Beautiful Blooms, below is the challenge photo:

And below is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I used Joseph's Coat technique to make this card. I swipe different colors of dye inks on the white cardstock, let it dry. Then I clear embossed the flowers (from Altenew's Frosted Garden set) on the background. I swiped the black shimmer ink pad (from Delicata) on the whole background and used the paper towel to wipe off the excess inks. I due cut the center of the background with nested dies and stamped the greeting on a piece of vellum. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:
Cardstock: PTI, Stampin' Up, vellum
Ink Pads: Delicata, Hero Arts
Stamps: Altenew
Others: nested dies, clear embossing powder, foam tapes

Thank you for visiting my blog.

  1. This is such a dubious card! Love the beautiful background and the great sentiment. Thank you so much for sharing with us at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. :)
