Simon Wednesday Challenge & Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge

I used an old wood block tree stamp (from A Stamp In The Hand Co.) and brushed some Judikins' Mica Gloss on the stamp and stamp directly on glossy black cardstock. I white embossed "Be still and know I am God" (from Divinity Designs' Bold Blessings stamp & die duo) on black cardstock and used the matching die to cut it out. I attach it on the upper right corner of the background. I matted the glossy black background on a shimmer gold cardstock, then attached it on a white card base. Below is another look of the card:

Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero July 2025 Challenge - You're My Best Friend

Here is Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero July 2025 Challenge - You're My Best Friend, below is the challenge photo:

 


And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:


I used my Hero Arts' old time favorite - Lily Pond Fancy Dies to create this bridge card (shadow box card). I used the pond die to cut on a white cardstock. Then I blended in green, blue, and purple dye inks. For the lily flowers and koi fish, I colored them with alcohol markers and dropped Ranger's black enamel accent on the fish eyes. I stamped Hero Arts' Ocean Waves Bold Print background stamp on a piece of blue cardstock and embossed with Hero Arts' white satin pearl embossing powder. I also white embossed "thinking of you" on the blue cardstock and attached it on the front of the card. Finish the card by attaching some silver disc sequins on top of the card. Pinkfresh Studio July 2025 Challenge - Summer Splash

Here is Pinkfresh Studio July 2025 Challenge - Summer Splash, below is the challenge photo:

I have planned to do this bridge/shadow box card for a long time and finally have the chance to make it. For the card front, I used Pinkfresh Studio's Delicate Foliage stamp/die/stencil set to decorate around the arch window. I stamped "You are wonderful" with black pigment ink and clear embossed it. I used the matching die to cut out twice and stacked them together. I attached the greeting on top of the leaves. For the background of the shadow box, I used Hexagon Tile cover die to cut on a blue cardstock to add some fun textured look. I love the dimensional look of the finished card. Gina K Designs July 2025 Monthly Mix Challenge - Christmas In July

Here is Gina K Designs July 2025 Monthly Mix Challenge - Christmas In July, below is the challenge inspiration:


And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:


I would like to use non-traditional Christmas colors to create this card. I blended blue, pink, purple, and citrus colors of Distress Oxide inks on a white cardstock. Then I run it through Gina K Designs' Tapestry embossing folder. I used white ink pad to lightly wiped over the whole embossed background. I white embossed "peace" and a Christmas tree in the "A" space (from Gina K Designs' Winter Wishes stamp set) on a blue cardstock. I applied the clear shimmer brush pen into the embossed areas to make it shiny. I attached the "peace" on the background to complete the card. Below is another look of the card:

Altenew July 2025 Inspiration Challenge

Here is Altenew July 2025 Inspiration Challenge, below is the challenge photo:

 


And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:


I used Altenew's Zero-Waste Leaf Pattern die to cut out from Altenew's bamboo, parrot, cloudy sky, and misty morning cardstock. I also use the die to cut out from white and gold cardstock. I used the white outline cut out background and blend Altenew's Buttercream, Firefly, and Icy Water Fresh dye inks. Then I attached those cut out leaves to inlay into the space, and inlayed gold circle dots to complete the background. I die cut "thank you" (from Altenew's Timeless Sentiments die set) from Altenew's Moss cardstock and attached it on the matching vellum die cut. Finish the card by attaching some Altenew's metallic gold gem sparkles on some of the dots. I also used the white gel pen to highlight some of the leaves. Below is another look of the card:

I used Altenew's Zero-Waste Leaf Pattern die to cut out different colors of cardstock. I chose four different colors and shapes of leaf and attach them on a black background. I white embossed "Trust in the Lord" (from Divinity Designs' Bold Blessings stamp/die duo) on black cardstock and cut it out with the matching die. I stacked them several times and attached at the bottom of the card. Finish the card by attaching the little circle dots (die cut from the Zero-Waste Leaf Pattern die) on the black background. I used Paper Artsy paints on the Gelli Plate and applied Simon Says Stamp's stencil to create the background. I die cut "blessed" (from Penny Black's Blessed Edger die set) from the yellow cardstock. I attached "blessed" die across the card. I white embossed the Bible verses (from Penny Black's Blessed Builder stamp set) at the bottom of the card. Finish the card by attaching some white enamel dots (from Altenew) on the background. Below is another look of the card:

I used Gina K Designs' Flowering Vine layering stencil set to create the flower background on cardstock. Then I used My Favorite Things' Stitched Arch die to cut the flower background into a arch shape. I die cut "blessings" (from Photo Play's Blessings stamp & die set) from magenta cardstock and vellum. I white embossed "to you and your family" (from Photo Play's Blessings stamp set) under the arch. Finish the card by attaching "blessings" die on the arch background. Simon Monday Challenge - Red White And/Or Blue

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Red White and/or Blue, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:


I used Distress Oxide reinkers to drop red and blue on the baby wiper, and swipe the on white cardstock to make plaid pattern. Then I cut it out with Kristina Werner with Concord & 9th's A23 Thin Frames die set to cut out the rectangle with red border. I die cut the white cardstock with Kristina Werner with Concord & 9th's Kristina's Finishing Touches die set to make the stitched boarder. I also used the left over plaid pattern paper to die cut "thinking of you" (from Kristina Werner with Concord & 9th's Love and Happy die set) and attached it on the background with foam tapes. Finish the card by attaching some red glitter drops (from Pinkfresh Studio) on the plaid pattern background. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, below is the challenge photo:

I used Paper Artsy JOFY S24 stamp set (it was Paper Artsy with Simon Says Stamp's 2024 Stamptember set) to stamp the main Christmas tree image on white cardstock. I colored it with alcohol markers. I brushed the clear Wink of Stella pen on the star. I fussy cut the left side of the tree and attach it on a green card base. I white embossed "merry christmas" on a strip of black cardstock and attached it on the card with foam tapes. Finish the card by attaching some Trinity Stamps' Oh My Stars confetti on the background. Love to create a Christmas card in July! Below is another look of the card:

Simon Monday Challenge - Vacation

I used Waffle Flower's Postage Collage die to cut the postage background from white cardstock. Then I applied Waffle Flower's Postage Collage stencil to blend in green, blue, and orange Distress Oxide inks. I stamped the silhouette images from Waffle Flower's Postage Collage Tropical Sunset stamp set with black ink into each postage. I also used Waffle Flower's Postage Collage stamp set to decorate each postage stamp. I white embossed "enjoy every moment" (from Waffle Flower's Big Dots Sentiments stamp set) on a piece of black cardstock. Finish the card by attaching the sentiment on the background. I used Concord & 9th's Sew Lovely dies set and white wood grain cardstock (from Simon Says Stamp) to create the spools. I brushed Memento's Toffee Crunch ink on the spools to make them like the real wooden spools. I also die cut the "threads" from blue and yellow cardstock as well as a needle cut from a silver foil cardstock. I also die cut "hello" from white cardstock and color it with blue, green, and yellow inks. I assembled the spools, needle, threads, and hello die on the black cardstock. I white embossed "sew happy for you" (from Concord & 9th's Sew Lovely stamp set) under "hello" die. Finish the card by attaching a blue enamel heart (from Altenew) below the greeting. Simon Wednesday Challenge - We're Going Around In Circles

I used Erin Lee Creative's 3D embossing folder to run through a white cardstock. Then I used my DIY circle stencil to brush colors into each 6 circles. It creates the spotlight effect. I stamped "feel better soon" (from Kristina Werner with Concord & 9th's Written Words stamp set) on the yellow cardstock with black ink, clear embossed it and cut it out with the matching die. I attached the die cut greeting on the card background. Finish the card by attaching some black enamel dots (from Altenew) on the card. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Monday Challenge - Spritz And/Or Splatter

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Spritz and/or Splatter, below is the challenge photo:

I stamped the main image (from Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Collection: Festive Collage stamp set) on a piece of watercolor paper with black pigment ink, and clear embossed it. Then I sprayed three colors of Ranger's Tim Holtz Distress Mica Stain on the background. Once the background dried completely, I used Kristina Werner with Concord & 9th's A2 Thin Frames dies to cut out two frames from black glossy cardstock (from Erin Lee Creative). I also used the same dies to cut out from the sprayed background. I attached the background and frames on the card base. I silver embossed "Merry Christmas" (from Simon Says Stamp's Tiny Words Christmas stamp set) on a stripe of black glossy cardstock. Finish the card by attaching the sentiment stripe with foam tapes on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Altenew June 2025 Inspiration Challenge

Here is Altenew June 2025 Inspiration Challenge, below is the inspiration photo:

I applied Altenew's layering stencils (from Splendid Bouquet Craft Your Life project kit) on a light peach cardstock with Altenew's fresh ink pads. Then I used Altenew's Rustic Burlap Press Plate to cover the all background and run it through the die cut machine to create the dry embossed effect. I love the fabric texture look of the whole background! I gold embossed "thank you" (from Altenew's Splendid Bouquet Craft Your Life project kit) on a dark orange cardstock and die cut it out with the matching die. Finish the card by attaching "thank you" die on the background and dropping some gold glitter glue on stamens of the flowers. Below is another look of the card:

Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #702-703

I used Waffle Flower's Postage Collage Mini Seals and Wax Seal die sets to create the envelope and faux seals with four different shades of colors. I created a color block background to match the envelope colors. I attached the envelope onto each color block. I also cut two black stripe of cardstock to attach at the top and bottom of the color blocks. I stamped "sealed with love" (from Waffle Flower's Postage Collage Seals stamp set) at the bottom of the card. Finish the card by attaching two little hearts on left and right side of the greeting. My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #11

I stamped the bear, cupcake, and heart (from MFT's Bitty Bear stamp set) on white cardstock and colored with alcohol markers. Then I cut them out with MFT's circle stitch and circle dies. I stamped the background with MFT's Number Jumble background stamp on pink cardstock. I also stamped MFT's Diagonal Stripes background stamp on brown cardstock and embossed it with white satin pearl embossing powder. I cut both background half diagonally and attached them on a card base. I used MFT's Stylish Happy Birthday die to cut from both pink and brown cardstock and attached them on the background. Finish the card by attaching the little bear, cupcake, and heart on the card. Below is another look of the card:
