Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:

I blended the background with four different colors of Distress Oxide inks on white cardstock. I die cut "Happy" cover die (from Simon Says Stamp) twice on black cardstock and one on shimmer black cardstock. I stacked them together and attached it on the blended background. I stamped "birthday!" (from Simon Says Stamp's Happy stamp set) on the background. Finish the card by attaching some star sequins (from Trinity Stamps' Oh My Stars confetti) on the background. Below is another look of the card:
