Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Make Your Own Background, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:

I stamped the background with Penny Black's Vintage Postcard stamp and stamped the postmark (from Penny Black's Posted stamp set) over the postage stamp. I die cut flowers (from Penny Black's Flower Family die set) from watercolor paper and colored them with Distress re-inkers. I attached the flower on the background and glued silver gems on the flower centers. I silver embossed "thank you" (from Penny Black's Flower Sparks stamp set) on the right side of the flowers. Finish the card by sprinkled Tim Holtz Distress Mica Spray (Brushed Pewter) on the card. Below is another look of the card:
