The Beauty of Snowflakes

I don't like snow (the real snow) but love snowflakes (the shape). As long as I saw the snowflakes stamps, snowflakes key chain, snowflakes cookies..., I just cannot resist myself to buy them. Do not even mention the necklace, bracelet, and earrings with snowflakes on them. Here is the snowflake pendant I made with 4mm Swarovski light sapphire AB crystal bicones and size 11 seed beads.

And here is a closer look at the beautiful snowflake pendant.

Then, I kept looking for snowflakes design patterns and found this great one to make a pendant and earring set.

I used 4mm crystal AB bicones and size 11 seed beads to make this set. Below is a closer look - let it snow!

Thank you for visiting my blog and Merry Christmas!

The "get well" die was cut five times on the white card stock, then I stacked and glued them together to create a 3D effect. The word was colored with Copic markers.

CFC123 - Let It Snow Challenge

Here is this week's CAS-ual Fridays CFC123 Let It Snow challenge.

Then, I cut a circle and backed with transparent card stock. I die cut the word "happy" with fuschia color cardstock and attached on top of the circle. Stamped the word of "Christmas" inside the card to finish it.

Supplies:
Cardstock: PTI (white)
Stamps: Martha Stewart, PTI
Ink Pads: Memento

CFC120 & Curtain Call Challenges

Here is the CAS-ual's challenge CFC120 and the Curtain Call's CAS-ual Christmas challenge:

I made this CAS-ual Christmas card to attend these two challenges:

First, I white-embossed the snowflakes on the white cardstock. Then, I used four different colors of Distress ink pads misted with perfect pearl water, and applied on the white cardstock to make the background. Stamp the Christmas tree on the white cardstock and cut out. I used the wavy border die to cut the white hill and sprinkled the Distress glitters on the border. Cut out the word die of "Merry Christmas" and make the tone on tone look on the white hill. Attach the white hill on the background with foam dots as well as the Christmas tree. Finish the card by adding the white liquid pearls on the tree and the dot on the "i" of Christmas.

Here is another look of the card:

Clover Crystal Necklace/Bracelet

These clover shaped crystal necklaces were made by Swarovski 6mm bicones and size 11 seedbeads. You can mix and match the colors on each clover or make different color on each petal of clover. Here comes the different shades of blue:

Then, a necklace with different shades of purple:

I also made a necklace and bracelet set with black/sliver/clear crystal bicones as the gift to one of my best friends.

The last one is a necklace beaded with different color on each clover petal and the whole necklace has a vintage denim look:

This clover beading method is very easy to make and the result is amazing and pretty. Love it!

CFC118 - Tages & Bags Challenge

Here is the tag & bag I did for CAS-ual Fridays' Tages & Bags Challenge (CFC118).

I used the Papertrey Ink's tag die to cut out this tag. Then, I mixed different colors of Distress ink pads and sprayed with Perfect Pearls mist to make the background - a blue-sliver shining background. The snowflakes were cut out from snowflake dies and I applied Rock Candy Distress Glitters on them. I stamped the "merry & bright" and silver embossed it. Attached the snowflakes & ribbon to finish the tag. Here is the closer look of the tag.

Guess what is inside the blue organza bag? It's my hand-made necklace using Swarovski crystal bicones. Here is the necklace. This pretty & shining necklace matches the "merry & bright" greeting on the tag perfectly.

Cardstocks: PTI
Stamps: PTI
Ink Pads: Distress ink pads, Versamark
Dies: PTI, Simon Says Stamp, MTF

Beaded Bead Pendant

Here is the beaded bead pendant I made for the sterling silver necklace chain.

I used the 4mm light amethyst Swarovski bicones to make this cute beaded bead pendant.

If you look closer, you can see there is one burgundy pearl inside the crystal beaded bead.

I put this burgundy pearl (6mm) into the beaded bead right before I close it. I think it makes the crystal beaded bead more interesting.

You can see the pearl bead more clear on the above photo.
