Poppystamps Challenge PSC#69 - Clean And Simple

Here is Poppystamps challenge PSC#69 - Clean and Simple, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I used two different colors of Hero Ombre ink pads and direct swipe the ink pads on the white background. Let it dry. Then I die cut Poppystamps' Art Deco Roses die three times on white cardstock and stacked them together. I attached the rose corner on a plum cardstock square and white embossed "happy birthday" on the plum cardstock. Finish the card by attaching the two roses at the bottom of the card. Here is Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge Weeks #444-#445, below is the challenged word art.

I used different colors of Paper Artsy Infusions powder on a canvas cardstock to make the background. Then I die cut trees and the man with dog on the black cardstock, then attached to the background. Finish the card by white embossing greetings on the black stripe of cardstock and attach it at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card:

Pinkfresh Studio June 2020 Challenge - Cutfiles/Diecuts

Here is Pinkfresh Studio June 2020 Challenge - Cutfiles/Diecuts, below is the challenge photo:



And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I stamped the background with Pinkfresh Studio's Nested Chevron background stamp to make the colorful background. I die cut a flower from Pinkfresh Studio's Dainty Blossoms die set and colored it with watercolor brush markers. I used one of Pinkfresh Studio's Noteworthy Frames dies to cut it from a stripe of vellum and attached it on the light blue cardstock. I stamped the greeting (from Pinkfresh Studio's My Favorite Things To Say) on the vellum, then I inserted the die cut flower into the frame die. Finish the card by attaching some pink gems on the vellum and background. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Something Metallic

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Something Metallic, below is the challenge photo:

I made the background with Yupo paper and Distress Oxide inks. Then I die cut a heart shape in the center and mat with a metallic gold cardstock. I sprinkled gold and silver hearts on a laminated sheet and went through the laminate machine. I put the laminated sheet under the heart die. I used the foam tapes to attach a stencil embossed background with Distress Oxide inks behind the heart shaped window. I die cut "hugs" with gold metallic cardstock and backed with vellum. Finish the card by attaching some gold gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Altenew June 2020 Inspiration Challenge

Here is Altenew June 2020 Inspiration Challenge, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I was inspired by Jennifer McGuire's Spotlight Stamping technique and made this card with Altenew's Arabesque Medallion stamp set. I stamped the main image on the front and inside of the card. Then I cut half circle out  from the card front. So, the inside image will show through. I colored the images with Copic markers and highlighted with Altenew's metallic watercolors and Spectrum Noir clear glitter brush pen. I die cut "thanks" with Altenew's Calligraphy Alpha die on white and turquoise cardstocks and stacked them together to make them dimensional. Finish the card by stamping "so grateful for you" (from Altenew's Fresh Freesia stamp set) inside the card and attaching some blue gems on front of the card. Below is the look of the card when you open it:

I was inspired by Yana Smakula's direct to paper technique to make the background. I used two Hero Arts' ombre ink pads and lightly swipe on the white cardstock in different directions to make the distress look background. I die cut the leaves with black cardstock three times on each and stacked them together to make more dimensional. I also die cut "thanks" with vellum background and black cardstock for the text and frame. Finish the card by attaching some black gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Stay Crafty With Hero Challenge #9 - Sketch Challenge

I used one of the flower image from Hero Arts' Peeking Posies stamp set to stamp on the light and dark pink of cardstock with grey ink pad. Then I stamped the same flower image on the white cardstock and colored it with Copic markers. I stamped Hero Arts' Pearl Strings Bold Print background stamp on blue cardstock and embossed with Hero Arts' satin pearl embossing powder. I assembled the different cardstock panel on the card and finish the card with "You are wonderful" greeting from Hero Arts' Universal Woman stamp set. Below is another look of the card:

I was inspired by Yana Smakula's direct to paper technique to make the background. I stamped Hero Art's Starry Night background stamp with blue and purple ink and stamp it on the white cardstock. I die cut Simon Says Stamp's Lotus Frame die on white cardstock and stacked three layers. I attached the Lotus Frame die on a piece of alcohol ink background and attach it on the background. Finish the card by white embossing "thank you" on a stripe of purple cardstock. Below is another look of the card:
