Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, below is the challenge photo:

I white embossed the wave and mermaid stamps (from Simon Says Stamps' "Be A Mermaid" stamp set) on navy cardstock. Then I colored the images with glitter/metallic watercolors. I white embossed the greetings on top right corner. Finish the card by attaching some gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Altenew February Inspiration Challenge

Here is Altenew February Inspiration Challenge, below is the challenge photo:



 

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I die cut Altenew's "Hanging Garden" die on white cardstock three times and stacked them together. I white embossed Altenew's Dots & Boxes background stamp on the white cardstock. I blended Distress Oxide inks on the background and arranged the leaves with green color and berries with purple color. I attached the die on the blended area. I white embossed "sending hugs" (from Altenew's Frosted Garden stamp set) on a stripe of black cardstock and attached it with foam tapes on the background. Finish the card by attaching some yellow and green gems on the card. Below is another look of the card:

I Love You Card

Here are the two challenges I would like to attend this week:

And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:


I die cut Poppystamps' Heart Favor dies from white cardstock and stacked them together. I used Copic markers to color the flowers and leaves as well as the hand &  clothes. I used stamping form and stencil (from Simon Says Stamp) to make the mini background in the center. This is my recent favorite technique. I white embossed "I Love You" at the bottom of black background. Finish the card by attaching some glitter gems on the card. Below is another look of the card.

Simon Monday Challenge - Add Some Texture

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Add Some Texture, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:



I used the blending brush to blend three colors of Distress Oxide inks on the white cardstock. Then I run it through the embossing folder (from Simon Says Stamp). I used a sanding block to light sand the embossed area to make a distress look of the background. I die cut "thanks" (from Simon Says Stamp) twice on white cardstock and once on holographic paper, then I stacked them together. I white embossed "for all you do" on black cardstock and attached it at the bottom of "thanks" die. Below is another look of the card:

I used the stamping form and Hero Arts' Leaf & Floral background stamp to make the reverse image on white cardstock. I stamped the background with Hero Arts' Fresh Herbs stamp set. Finish the card by attaching the Leaf & Floral background on top of the background and having a die cut "thanks" on it. Below is another look of the card:

MFT Color Challenge 159

Here is MFT Color Challenge 159, below are the challenge photos:

I stamped MFT's Hearts Entwined on the lemon cardstock with Versamark ink pad and embossed with Hero Arts' satin pearl embossing powder. I stamped the bear (from MFT's Bitty Bears stamp set) on a white cardstock and colored it with Copic markers. I die cut "hugs" (from MFT's High Rise Alphabet Lowercase die set) with lemon, sour apple, and grapesicle cardstocks several times and stacked them together and attached them on a white cardstock. I cut out the bear and attached it on the top of "hugs". I white embossed "you have my heart" (from MFT's Bitty Bear stamp set) on a stripe of black cardstock and attach it at the bottom of the card. Simon Monday Challenge - Resist It

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Resist It, below is the challenge photo:

I white embossed Simon Says Stamp's "You Are" background on white cardstock. Then I applied Simon Says Stamps' "Geo Leaves" stencil on top of the background and brushed different colors of Distress Oxide inks to resist the white embossed background. I die cut "hello" (from Altenew) two times on white cardstock and one time on holographic paper. I stacked the three hellos together and attached it on the top of the card. I made this card to celebrate Lunar New Year. I used Gina K Designs' stencil to make the background. Then I die cut the Chinese character (the meaning is "blessing") with gold glitter cardstock and put it in the center of the card. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Love Is In The Air

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Love Is In The Air, below is the challenge photo:

I gold embossed the heart to heart background stamp (from Simon Says Stamp) on watercolor paper. I applied Kuretake Gansai Tambi and Iuile metallic watercolors on those hearts. I used black Copic marker to fill in the blanks and brushed the clear Wink of the Stella pen on some of the hearts. I gold embossed "I love you" (from Simon Says Stamp's You Got This stamp set) on black cardstock and attach it on top of the card with foam tapes. Below is another look of the card:

I made a slimline wedding card for a co-worker who will get married in May. I blended Distress Oxide inks to make the background. I die cut the couple in black cardstock three times and attach it on the card. I silver embossed the greeting (from Papertrey Inc.) on top of the card. Finish the card by attaching pearl drop on bride's earring, and glitter glue on the flower centers. Below is another look of the card:

I used Simon Says Stamp's Radiant Hearts stencil to make the background. I dry embossed the background with Crafter's Companion's embossing folder. Then I die cut the heart (from Simon Says Stamp's Deco Heart dies) from pink and red cardstock and attached it at the bottom of the card. I white embossed "#love" (from Simon Says Stamp's You Got This stamp set) on black cardstock and attached it on  top of the deco heart die. Below is another look of the card:
