Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero March Challenge - Send A Hug

Here is Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero March Challenge - Send A Hug, below is the challenge photo:

 


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I clear embossed Hero Arts' Nautilus Pattern Bold Prints background stamp on watercolor paper. Then I used brayer to roll three different colors of Distress Oxide inks on the background and spritz lots of water. I also sprayed Brushed Pewter Distress Mica Spray on the background to make it shimmery. Let it completely dry. I stamped the turtle (from Hero Arts' monthly kit) with three different colors of green inks and cut it out with the matching die. I cut the nautilus background to a smaller size and attached two stripes of holographic paper on both top and bottom of the background. I also attached the turtle with foam tapes on the card. Finish the card by stamping "sending inky hugs your way" (from Hero Arts' Stamped Just For You stamp set) on top of the card. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Monday Challenge - Bright And Cheerful

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Bright And Cheerful, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I used brayer and Gelli plate with different Distress Oxide inks to make the background. Then I used a piercing background die to die cut the background adding some texture. I die cut the center of the background with Simon Says Stamp's Circle of Leaves die. I used the foam tapes to attach the background on navy card base. For the greeting, I used Pinkfresh Studio's Best Wishes foil die and waffle thin die to make the foiled greeting on vellum. Finish the card by attaching some yellow gems on the card. Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #535-536

I used Simon Says Stamp's Vine Canopy 3D embossing folder to run through a black cardstock. Then I used my finger with some water and dabbed in Faber-Castell Gelatos (metallic set) on the raised areas of black cardstock. I die cut "thanks" (from Simon Says Stamp's script thanks die) with vellum (bottom) and black shimmer cardstock (top), and layered them together. Finish the card by attaching the die cut "thanks" at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Use Your Favorite Things

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Use Your Favorite Things, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge using my favorite tool - 3D embossing folder:



I used Memory Box's 3D embossing folder to emboss on the white cardstock. Then I used my finger with water to apply Faber-Castell's Gelatos (iridescent set) on top of the embossed area. It creates a pretty shimmery look. I die cut "happy birthday" border die (from MFT) on dark purple cardstock three times and attached it in the middle of the card. Finish the card by attaching some lavender gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Wishing You Peace

Here are the two challenges I would like to attend this week:

And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:


I stamped the lotus and leaves (from Gina K Designs' Lovely Lotus stamp set) on white cardstock, and colored them with alcohol markers. I heat embossed the large lotus details with the matching stamp and Distress Embossing Glaze. I brushed the bottom of the white cardstock with Gina K Designs' Harvest Flourish stencil and stamped "wishing you peace" with black ink. I fussy cut the lotus on top of the cardstock to make the border. Then I put the foam tapes under the panel and attached it on the light blue card background. Finish the card by attaching some glitter gems. Below is another look of the card:

Pinkfresh Studio March 2022 Challenge - Frames

Here is Pinkfresh Studio March 2022 Challenge - Frames, below is the challenge photo:

I stamped the flower image from Pinkfresh Studio's Miss Your Smile stamp set on white cardstock. Then I masked a rectangle area and pressed Versamark ink pad into it. I sprinkled different colors of Distress Embossing Glaze on this area, and used heat gun to heat emboss. I love the mixed color effect of the Embossing Glaze. I cut out a glitter blue cardstock frame and attached it on the background. I attached this framed image slanted on the light blue cardstock. Finish the card by stamping "I miss your hugs" on the white cardstock. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Bit O' Green

I dry embossed the white cardstock with Altenew's Enchanting Vines 3D embossing folder. Then I applied Versamark ink pad on top of the embossed area and sprinkled three different colors of Distress Embossing Glaze on it to heat emboss. I applied the Spellbinders' "thank you" hot foil glimmer plate on black cardstock and trim it down. Finish the card by attaching "thank you" on the background with foam tapes. Clean & Simple Birthday Card

And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:


I used Altenew's Beautiful Bergenia 3D embossing folder to dry embossed the white cardstock. Then I applied yellow and green ZIG Clean Color Real Brush pens on the centers of flowers and stems. I gold embossed "happy birthday" (from Altenew's Beautiful Inside stamp set) on a stripe of vellum and attached it at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card:

I masked the white cardstock background with a rectangle shape and blended in three different colors of Distress Oxide inks. Once I removed the mask, I stamped the flower (from Penny Black's Lovely Lilacs stamp set) with black ink on the background. Simon Wednesday Challenge - Add A Die Cut

I used Picket Fence's Funky Leaves stencil with Ranger's alcohol inks on the Yupo paper to create the abstract background. I die cut Simon Says Stamp's Leaf Column Outline die on holographic paper and white cardstock, then stacked them together. I stamped "Rejoice in the Lord" (from Simon Says Stamp's Tiny Words Faith stamp set) on green cardstock and heat embossed it with copper embossing powder. Finish the card by attaching leaf die and sentiment stripe on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Monday Challenge - Use At Least One Stencil

I applied different colors of Distress Oxide inks on the white cardstock to make a rainbow background. I stamped Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz collections' Ledger Script on the rainbow background. Then I applied Ranger Multi Medium Matte on the Tim Holtz' Hocus Pocus layering stencil on the background. I sprinkled different colors of Distress Embossing Glaze with the same colors of Distress Oxide inks on the Multi Medium of stars. Let them dry completely, and I used heat gun to heat embossed them. Finish the card by gold embossing "happy birthday" (from Simon Says Stamp's Handwritten Border stamp set) on the right side of the card with black cardstock. Below is another look of the card:
