Altenew March 2021 Inspiration Challenge

Here is Altenew March 2021 Inspiration Challenge, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I dry embossed a piece of white cardstock with Altenew's Ranunculus Bouquet 3D embossing folder. I brushed pink and green Distress Oxide inks on the flowers and leaves, then I cut out the embossed flower. I attached the flower on the blue background with foam tapes. Finish the card by white embossed "happy birthday" on the top left hand corner. Below is another look of the card:

I made the background with both Distress Oxide and Distress Inks. I stamped flowers (from Gina K Designs' Take Care stamp set) and greeting (from Gina K Designs' Botanical Blocks stamp set) on the background. Then I applied Gina K Designs' Sun Spots stencil and gold glitter paste to make the sun. Below is another look of the card:

Pinkfresh Studio March 2021 Challenge - All About Flowers

Here is Pinkfresh Studio March 2021 Challenge - All About Flowers! Below is the challenge photo:



And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I used Pinkfresh Studio's Daisy Wreath stencil set to make the wreath and cut it out with the matching die. I die cut several Daisy Wreath with white cardstock and stacked them together to make the wreath more dimensional. I used Pinkfresh Studio's Diamond Plaid stencil set to make the background. I stamped "everything will be alright" (from Pinkfresh Studio's "You can change the world" stamp set) in the middle of the wreath. Finish the card by attaching some silver gems on the background. A Blog Named Hero March Challenge - Floral

Here is A Blog Named Hero March Challenge - Floral, below is the challenge photo:


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I stamped Hero Arts' "Happy Definition" background with lavender ink on white cardstock. Then I stamped Hero Arts' CG271 floral stamp on top of the background with Versamark ink and clear embossed the image. Then I used a blending brush to blend purple ink into the flowers as well as the border. I stamped "Happy Birthday" on a stripe of vellum with purple ink and attached it in the middle of the card. Finish the card by attaching some purple gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:

MFT Color Challenge 161

Here is MFT Color Challenge 161, below are the challenge photos:

I used MFT Marble background stamp on the stamping form and stamped the reversed image on white cardstock to mimic ocean. I stamped the fish (from MFT's Fish You Were Here stamp set) on white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers. I arranged the fish on the marble background and made some of them popped with foam tapes. For the card background, I applied light gray ink over MFT's Cascading Scallop stencil. I stamped "Our Friendship Has So Much Depth" at the bottom of the card. Finish the card by attaching some blue gems on the blue marble background. Below is another look of the card:

Then I stamped the Green Jade Table Poem (from Rubbernecker Stamp) on the background with dark gray ink. Finish the card by stamping a Chinese chop under the poem. I stamped the Green Jade Table Poem stamp (from Rubbernecker Stamp) with light gray ink on white cardstock. Then I over stamped the Bamboo Stand (from Rubbernecker Stamp) on top of the poem with different green inks. I stamped a Chinese chop in pink ink on the poem. I lightly brushed the Old Paper Distress Ink on the background to finish the card. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Beautiful Blossoms

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Beautiful Blossoms, below is the challenge photo:


And here are the three cards I used the beautiful Simon Says Stamp's Floral Field 3D embossing folder to make:




I dry embossed the backgrounds with pastel color cardstocks, then I lightly brushed white ink pad on the embossed flowers to make them white. For the lavender card, I used the Stardust pen to highlight the flower centers and used Simon Says Stamp's Birthday Circle dies to finish it. For the yellow card, I gold embossed Simon Says Stamp's Hexagon Greetings stamp image and cut it out to finish the card. For the pink card, I used The Greetery's Written In Ribbons stamp and die sets to make the greetings.

Simon Monday Challenge - Art Journal

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Art Journal, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the Bible Art Journal page I did to attend this challenge:


I lightly brushed the blue inks on the journal page. Then, I hand written "Son" on the top left of the page. I stamped the star strings (from Paper Artsy) and colored with Copic markers and clear shimmer pen. I also put some glossy accents on some of the dots to make them dimensional. I stamped the Jesus families (from Paper Smooches) on white cardstock, colored it and cut it out. I attached it at the bottom right of the page and silver embossed "Christ is born!" under it. The final step is to hand written the bible verse of Matthew 3: 16-17 to finish the page. Below is another look of the journal page:

Pinkfresh Studio February 2021 Challenge - Alphas/Words!

Here is Pinkfresh Studio February 2021 Challenge - Alphas/Words! Below is the challenge photo:



And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I used Pinkfresh Studio's Folk Floral Print stencil set to make the background. Then I used Pinkfresh Studio's Lea's Ornate Lowercase dies to cut out "happy" from the background. I die cut "happy" again from white cardstock. I applied the die cut inlay technique to put those die words back into the place but using white cardstock on those alpha's outline. Then I stacked the alpha outlines die cut from the background onto the white outlines. It creates an embossed look. Finish the card by stamping "happy birthday" at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card and you can see the popped up "happy" more clearly.
