Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I used Altenew's Frilly Peonies 3D embossing folder to emboss a dark brown cardstock. Then I applied Tim Holtz Distress Foundry Wax (Gilded) with my finger on the embossed area and around the cardstock. I used the heat gun to heat embossed the wax. I gold embossed "praying for you" (from Altenew's Sentiment Strips stamp set) on a stripe of dark brown cardstock and attach it with foam tapes on the background. Finish the card by attaching some gold gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero April Challenge - Blend It Up

Here is Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero April Challenge - Blend It Up, below is the challenge photo:

 


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I die cut the circle (from Hero Arts' Cloudy Sky Scene dies) on the masking paper and stick it on the white cardstock background. I blended in four different colors of Distress Oxide inks on the background to create a sun set color. I die cut city buildings (from Hero Arts' Tri-fold Edge City Fancy dies) from black cardstock and stacked part of them to make it more dimensional. I removed the circle masking paper and brushed some yellow Distress Oxide inks on it. I also die cut some birds (from Hero Arts' Cloudy Sky Scene dies) and attached them on the background. Finish the card by stamping "wishing you peace" (from Hero Arts' Color Layering Koi stamp set) on the sky. Below is another look of the card:

I stamped the umbrella background with Paper Artsy stamp. I stamped the little girl (from Love Cynthia stamp set) on white cardstock and colored with alcohol markers, then fussy cut it out. I heat embossed the greeting (from Rubbernecker stamps) on the background and attached the little girl on the left side. Finish the card by attaching some rain drop gems on the card. Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #539-540

Here is Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #539-540, below is the challenged word art:



And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I used Altenew's Enchanting Vines 3D embossing folder to run though the navy cardstock. Then I applied Tim Holtz Distress Foundry Wax (sterling) with my finger on the raised embossed area. Once the wax is dry, I used the heat gun to heat the wax to show the pretty distress shiny silver color. I die cut "hugs" from Birch Press Design's Big Lingo Type Hugs die set with holographic paper and vellum, I attached it on a stripe of navy cardstock. I also trim the holographic paper with two thin stripes and attached them on both top and bottom of the navy stripe. Below is another look of the card:

Pinkfresh Studio April 2022 Challenge - Geometric Shapes

Here is Pinkfresh Studio April 2022 Challenge - Geometric Shapes! Below is the challenge photo:

 


And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I used Pinkfresh Studio's Gel Tiles hot foil plate to foil the background. Then I used the matching stencil set to blend different Distress Oxide inks on the background to make it an ombre effect. I sprayed the shimmer mist on the background to make it sparkle. I used Pinkfresh Studio's Best Wishes hot foil plate and matching die to make the sentiment. I also stamped and die cut flowers (from Pinkfresh Studio's Lovely Blossoms set) to attach them under the greeting. Finish the card by attaching some sparkle gems on the card. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Happy Birthday!

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Happy Birthday! Below is the challenge photo:


And here is the mini slimline card I made to attend this challenge:


I used the brayer and Gelli plate to mix three different colors of Distress Oxide inks on the background. Then I stamped the flower (from Paper Artsy) on the background. I also stamped some text stamps (from Paper Artsy on the background. I used a bottle cap to stamp some gold acrylic paint on the background to add some sparkle. I stamped the bottom on white cardstock and cut it out. I colored the bottle and flowers with Alcohol markers. Finish the card by white embossed "happy birthday" (from Altenew) on a stripe of black cardstock and attached it on the card with foam tapes.  Below is another look of the card:

Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #537-538

Here is Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #537-538, below is the challenged word art:

I used Memory Box 3D embossing folder to dry emboss on black cardstock. Then I applied the new Tim Holtz' Distress Foundry Wax on the embossed areas. I used my finger to apply the color of Gilded, Mined, and Statue from the center to the outside on the mandala pattern. Once I used the heat gun to heat the wax, it appeared the amazing matte metallic finished look. I die cutting "hugs" (from Birch Press Design's Big Hugs dies) on metallic cardstock and attached it on the background. Below is another look of the card:

I used Creation of Nellie's Choice's Roses 3D embossing folder to dry emboss on the white cardstock. Then I applied the new Tim Holtz Distress Foundry Wax (Statue) with my finger on the embossed areas. I used the heat gun to emboss the Foundry Wax. I hot foiled "happy birthday" (from Spellbinders' Essential Glimmer Sentiments set) on white cardstock stripe and attached it on the card. Finish the card by attaching some gold pearls on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Simon Monday Challenge - Recycle

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Recycle, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:


I recycled a piece of background with alcohol inks on the Tim Holtz black cardstock as the card base. I die cut Simon Says Stamp's Birthday Circle die on pink cardstock three times and stacked them together. I also die cut a heart from Simon Says Stamp's Large Hearts die set with a recycled alcohol ink pearl background and put the glossy accent on it. Finish the card by assembling them together on the background. Below is another look of the card:
