Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero June 2024 Challenge - Smooth

Here is Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero June 2024 Challenge - Smooth, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I white embossed Hero Arts' Nautilus Pattern Bold Prints on a piece of white cardstock. Then I blended in Distress Oxide inks with Twisted Citron, Salty Ocean, and Blueprint Sketch to resist the image. I cut the background at the bottom with an angle and attached it on a blue cardstock. I white embossed "have a fabulous day" (from Hero Arts' Friendly Messages stamps & dies set) on the blue cardstock and die cut out with the matching die. I attached it at the bottom of the Nautilus Pattern background. I also die cut the seashells (from Hero Arts' Seashells Fancy dies set) from white cardstock and spray with Lindy's Gang Magical powders and water to make them shimmery. Finish the card by attaching the seashells at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:

Cardstock: Gina K Designs, MFT

Ink Pads: Distress Oxide inks, Versamark

Stamps: Hero Arts

Dies: Hero Arts

Others: Hero Arts white embossing powder, Lindy's Gang Magical powders

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I used Lindy's Gang Magical powders to make a background. Then I stamped the flower (from Tim Holtz stamps) with Versamark ink on top of the background and white embossed it. I used MFT's Postage Stamps STAX dies to cut the embossed flower into the postage stamp shape. I white embossed "15c" (from Waffle Flower's Postage Collage stamps set) under the flower. I die cut the postage stamps a few times and stacked them together. I attached the stacked postage stamp on the white card. Finish the card by stamping "miss your hugs" (from Waffle Flower's Postage Collage stamps set) under the postage stamp. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:

Cardstock: Gina K Designs

Ink Pads: Versamark, Archival Ink

Stamps: Tim Holtz, Waffle Flower
