I blended the background with four different greens of Distress Oxide inks on a white cardstock. Then I cut the triangle out from the top. I stamped leaves from MFT's Fresh Foliage stamps set with black ink on the background. I stamped the butterfly (from MFT's Beautiful Butterflies stamp set) on white cardstock and fussy cut it out. I dropped some blue glitter glue on the wings of the butterfly. I stamped "I'm Here For You" (from MFT's Essential Sentiments stamp set) on top of the triangle. I attached both leaves background and the triangle on a black card base, I attached the triangle piece with the foam tapes to lift it up. I also leave a black border in between. I attached the butterfly on the background as well as some enamel dots to finish the card. Below is another look of the card:

Altenew 11th Anniversary Blog Hop Day 3 + Giveaway (Over $3,600 in Total Prizes)

Hi crafters! Welcome to join Altenew's 11th Anniversary Blog Hop Day 3 + Giveaway! I am truly honored to be part of this celebration and to join in the fun of Altenew's 11th Anniversary. There are tons of giveaways and some special offers you won't want to miss - so make sure to read through to the end of this post!

When I saw Altenew's Epiphyllum Layering Die Set, I knew I had to have it! Epiphyllum is one of our favorite flowers, and we've planted a variety of them in different colors in our back yard. Here is the card I created using this beautiful die set:

I die cut the flowers and leaves from white cardstock and blended them with Altenew's die inks to add color. For the background, I used Altenew's Checkered Squares 3D embossing folder to emboss a piece of black cardstock, giving it rich texture and dimension. To finish off the card, I stamped a sentiment from Altenew's Sentiment Strips stamp set onto a yellow cardstock strip, then I added a few Altenew's Iridescent Crystals to the background for a touch of sparkle. Here is another look at the finished card:
