I made this "Be Merry" picture in picture card to attend the following two challenges:
1) Lawn Fawnatics challenge #12 - create a scene, below is the challenge photo:
2) Simon Wednesday challenge - stamp it, below is the challenge photo:
And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:
I stamped two snowmen on the left corner (from Ready, Set, Snow set). I masked the snowmen and stamped "be merry" (from Winter Scripty Sayings set) to form a snow slope. Then, I stamped three frames (from Flirty Frames set) and die cut two of them. I stamped critters into the frames - from "Into the Woods" set, "Winter Penguin" set, and "Winter Sparrows" set. All of the images were colored with Daniel Smith watercolors. Finish the card by silver embossing snowflakes and dropped some Nuvo glitter dots. Below is another look of the card:
Supplies:
Cardstock: MFT, Stampin' Up
Stamps: Lawn Fawn
Dies: Lawn Fawn
Ink Pads: Versafine
Others: Daniel Smith watercolors, clear & silver embossing powder, Nuvo glitter drops, foam tapes
