I sprinkled different colors of Ranger's alcohol inks on a piece of silver glitter cardstock. Let it dry completely. I die cut Happy Birthday from silver glitter cardstock and white cardstock, and stacked them together. I attached the Happy Birthday die on the background. I white embossed the "eat an extra slice of cake for me!" on a stripe of vellum and attached it under the Happy Birthday die. Below is another look of the card:

Cardstock: glitter cardstock, PTI, vellum
Inks: Ranger alcohol inks, Versamark
Stamps: Heffy  Doodle
Others: white embossing powder, happy birthday die
