Simon Monday Challenge - Party Time

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Party Time, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

The background was made by sprinkling different colors of Cosmic Shimmer Pixie powders on the black watercolor paper. It creates an amazing galaxy scenery. I stamped the critters (from Hello Bluebird) on white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers. I cut them out and make them watching the "Happy New Year" starts in the sky. Below is another look of the card:
