And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:

I stamped the girl with umbrella on the white cardstock and masker her. Then I stamped the background with light grey ink. I colored the girl with Copic markers and stamped the greeting on the top left-hand corner. Finish the card by attaching some iridescent raindrop gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:
