I gold embossed Bethlehem Palace stamp (from Creative Expressions) on white cardstock and colored it with Iuile metallic watercolors. I swiped Versamark ink pad around the edges and gold embossed them. Finish the card by attaching the background on the gold cardstock. Below is another look of the card:
