Here is Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #746-747, below is the challenged word art:

And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:

I used Waffle Flower's Postage Collage die to cut out the postage white background, then I used Waffle Flower's Envelope stencil and die set to create the envelope postages. I stamped Waffle Flower's Postage Collage stamp set on the postage background. I die cut "hello" (from Altenew's Simple Greetings die set) and attached to the background. Finish the card by attaching heart shaped jewel stickers on each envelope. Below is another look of the card:
