Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #529-530

Here is Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #529-530, below is the challenged word art:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I used Spellbinders' Autumn Leaf Border glimmer plate to hot foil on a piece of vellum. I gold embossed the greeting (from Julie Hickey Designs' Fresh Floral Border stamp set) under the leaf border. I die cut Simon Says Stamp's Ornate Leaves die on a gold foil paper as well as white cardstock. I stacked them together to make it dimensional. I attached the die cut leaf on the vellum and some gold gems to finish the card. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I was inspired by Jennifer McGuire's stencil ink press technique and would like to give it a try. I applied different shades of blue Distress inks on Picket Fence Studios' Plumeria Flowers stencil and press it through my die cut machine to make a blue background and dry embossed flowers & leaves. Then I applied the same stencil on the embossed flowers and leaves, and brushed Distress Oxide inks on them. I die cut "happy birthday" with MFT's Happy Birthday border die on black cardstock twice. I white embossed "enjoy the day" (from Simon Says Stamp's Clean Line Everyday stamp set) under the "happy birthday" die. Finish the card by attaching some gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:

Cardstock: MFT, PTI

Ink Pads: Distress inks, Distress Oxide inks, Versamark

Stamps: Simon Says Stamp

Die: MFT

Stencil: Picket Fence Studios

Others: Trinity Stamps gems, blending brushes

The Lunar New Year is coming and I decided to use the tiger (from Mama Elephant's Lunar Animals stamp set) to make this card. I used the masking method to make the three tigers stacking up. I colored them with Copic markers. For the background, I gold embossed the Chinese word "tiger" to make the whole background. I also gold embossed the Chinese greeting "Happy New Year" (from Mama Elephant's Lunar Sayings stamp set) on a stripe of vellum. Finish the card by using black glaze pen on the eyes of tigers. Below is another look of the card:

I blended the yellow color of Distress ink on top of the embossed area and around of the background. Finish the card by stamping "I miss you" (from Altenew's Painted Butterflies stamp set) at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card:
