Here is the card I made using MTF Cool Day stamp set and High Rise alphabet dies.
I die cut "hello" with watercolor paper. Then, I glued these alphabets on another watercolor paper. I used water brush to brush Distress ink onto the watercolor paper to make the ombre effect. And I attached this watercolor panel at the bottom of a white card. I also used Distress ink pad to color a lime green stripe and glue it on top of the watercolor panel. For the bear, I stamped and embossed it first, then I color it with water brush and Distress ink pads. Then, I cut out the bear and attach it on the card with foam tapes. Below is a closer look of the bear:
