I used a pencil to draw a heart shape on a piece of watercolor paper, then brushed rubber cement around the outside of the heart. Once rubber cement dried, I used Distress ink pads to watercolor the heart, and the ink will not bleed out of the heart. I just rubbed off the rubber cement with my fingers once the ink dried. I picked three different dies - Ashby Corner, Honeyblossom Sprig, Berry Sprig, and die cut them out with white cardstock. Then, I cut and arranged them to attach inside of the watercolor heart. Finish the card by stamping and embossing "sending love" below the heart. Below is a closer look of the heart, I love the look of the faux laser die cut.
Supplies:
Cardstock: PTI, watercolor paper
Stamps: Simon Says Stamp
Ink Pads: Distress ink pads, Versafine
Dies: Memory Box/Poppy Stamps
Others: foam tapes
