Paper Smooches February Challenge - Fun and Cute

Here is Paper Smooches February challenge - fun and cute, below is the challenge photo:

I decided to use the stamp set "digits", its matching dies, and "foliage 3" dies to make a fun & cute birthday card. Below is the finished card:

I die cut these numbers and foliage with watercolor paper. Then, I applied different watercolors on these dies. I stamped "Happy Birthday" on black cardstock and silver embossed it. I attached the black panel as well as the two silver glitter stripes on the card. Then I glued the watercolor dies randomly on the background to make the card playful and fun. Hero Arts Fabulous Flowers Challenge

Here is Hero Arts' Fabulous Flowers Challenge, below is the challenge photo:

I have lots of Hero Arts' flower stamps, but my all time favorite is the Peeking Posies set (LL072). Here is the card I made with this set:

I want to achieve the hand-drawn watercolor effect, so I first stamp the flowers with masking method in light color ink pad as below:

Then, I applied the watercolors on the flowers and leaves. Once they dry completely, I used the negative space watercolor method and applied other colors with in the squares as well as outside the squares. I wait for the whole piece completely dry, then I used my 0.3mm black pen to draw the outlines on the original stamp images to mimic the hand-drawn effect. I also put some glitter glue on the flowers. I stamped the "just for you" greeting from Just For You set (CL929) to finish the card. Below is a closer look of the card:

Supplies:
Cardstock: watercolor paper, PTI
Stamps: Hero Arts
Ink Pads: Memento, Versafine
Others: glitter glue, 0.3mm black pen, watercolor
