Here is Altenew February Challenge: From Places Abroad - Cyprus, and below is the challenge photo:
And below is the card I made for this challenge:
I stamped the flowers from Lacy Scrolls on the watercolor paper with tumbled glass Distress ink pad. Then, I brushed different blue shades of watercolor (ZIG Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolors) and some gold paint onto the flowers. I also gold embossed the leaves as well as the edges of the watercolor paper. Finish the card by black stamping and clear embossing the greeting from Fresh Freesia set. Below is a closer look of the card:
Supplies:
Cardstock: PTI, Tim Holtz watercolor paper
Stamps: Altenew
Ink Pads: Distress ink, Versamark, Versafine
Others: ZIG Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolors, gold and clear embossing powder
Thank you for visiting my blog.
This is a really great card. I absolutely love the idea of gold heat embossing around the edges.
ReplyDeleteLove the blue color of the flowers. Very nice card.
