Paper Smooches February Challenge - Fun and Cute

Here is Paper Smooches February challenge - fun and cute, below is the challenge photo:

I decided to use the stamp set "digits", its matching dies, and "foliage 3" dies to make a fun & cute birthday card. Below is the finished card:

I die cut these numbers and foliage with watercolor paper. Then, I applied different watercolors on these dies. I stamped "Happy Birthday" on black cardstock and silver embossed it. I attached the black panel as well as the two silver glitter stripes on the card. Then I glued the watercolor dies randomly on the background to make the card playful and fun. Below is another look of the card:
