Simon Wednesday Challenge - Party Time

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Party Time, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I made the background with Distress inks and sprayed the Perfect Pearl water to make it shimmery. I used the partial of the die cut background to attach it on the top portion of the card. I applied Nuvo crystal glaze into the flower to make it dimensional. Finish the card by white embossing "happy birthday" at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card:
