I blended the background with different Distress Oxide inks. Let it dry completely. Then I stamped the background (from Simon Says Stamp) and heat embossed with Hero Arts satin pearl embossing powder. Finish the card by stacking "peace" die and attach it at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card:

Cardstock: PTI, glitter cardstock
Ink Pads: Distress Oxide, Versamark
