Paper Smooches March 2019 Challenge - Birthdays

Here is Paper Smooches March 2019 Challenge - Birthdays, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I used Paper Smooches Birthday Bash stamp set to silver embossed the balloons on the grey background. I colored the balloons with Copic markers. I stamped the cake and silver embossed the greeting on a light grey cardstock. I also colored the cake with Copic markers to make it no-line coloring. I cut out the light grey cardstock stripe and used foam tapes to attach it in the middle of the card. Finish the card by attaching some gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:
