Simon Wednesday Challenge - Something Metallic

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Something Metallic, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I made the background with Yupo paper and Distress Oxide inks. Then I die cut a heart shape in the center and mat with a metallic gold cardstock. I sprinkled gold and silver hearts on a laminated sheet and went through the laminate machine. I put the laminated sheet under the heart die. I used the foam tapes to attach a stencil embossed background with Distress Oxide inks behind the heart shaped window. I die cut "hugs" with gold metallic cardstock and backed with vellum. Finish the card by attaching some gold gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Cardstock: PTI, gold metallic cardstock, Yupo paper, vellum

Ink Pads: Distress Oxide inks

Dies: Hero Arts, Birch Press Design

Stencil: Kindred Stamps

Others: gold & silver heart sprinkles, gold gems
