Baptism Card

Here are the two challenges I would like to attend this week:

1) Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #505-#506, below is the challenged word art:

2) Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:

I made this 5X7 card for a sister in our cell group who is going to be baptized in the coming September. The flower stamps are from The Ton Stamps' Happy Place stamp set. I colored them with Altenew alcohol markers. I die cut the book nested dies and brushed around them with Distress Oxide ink - Antique Linen. I also gold embossed the borders of each book die. I printed the bible verse with printer and stamped sister and her name (blur area) with Concord & 9th's Perfectly Penned stamp set. The "congratulations" (from Avery Elle's Oh Happy Day stamp set) at the bottom of the book die was gold embossed. I hand written the date on the pink ribbon die. Finish the card by attaching some different pink shades of pearls on the background. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:

Cardstock: MFT

Ink Pads: Gina K Designs, Versamark, Distress Oxide ink

Stamps: The Ton Stamps, Avery Elle, Concord & 9th

Others: book nested dies, Altenew alcohol markers, gold embossing powder, foam tapes, pearls

Thank you for visiting my blog.
