Cute Birthday Card

Here are the two challenges I would like to attend this week:

And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:

I stamped the background with MFT's numbers background stamp and gray ink. For the curvy slope, I used MFT's Basic Edges dies to cut out from a background I made with Lindy's Gang Magicals shimmer powders. I stamped the three bears (from MFT's Bitty Bears stamp set) on white cardstock and colored them with alcohol markers. I cut them out and attached them on the background with foam tapes. I white embossed "happy birthday" on a stripe of blue cardstock and attached it on top of the card. Finish the card by attaching some pool color gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:
