Happy New Year

Here are the two challenges I would like to attend this week:

And here is the card I made to attend the above two challenges:

I applied Lindy's Stamp Gang Magicals powders to make the background. Then I used the background die (from Simon Says Stamp) to deboss on the background. I cut out three balloons (from Simon Says Stamp's Balloons dies set) on holographic cardstock and attached them on the background. I drew the balloons' strings free hand with white gel pen. I hot foil "Happy New Year" (from Pinkfresh Studio) and attached it at the bottom of the card. Finish the card by attaching some glitter gems on the background. Below is another look of the card:
