And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:
I die cut Hero Arts' City Window fancy die on the gray cardstock background. I also die cut Hero Arts' Tri-fold Edge City fancy die on a piece of black cardstock. I stacked these two dies together. I also white embossed "Merry Christmas" (from Hero Arts' Color Layering Snowflake stamps set) at the bottom of the background. I applied five different colors of Lunar Paste on the Stencil Pal and scroll it across a piece of black cardstock. I used foam tapes to attach the city card front on top of the Lunar Paste background. I also die cut some seagulls (from Hero Arts' Cloudy Sky Scene dies) and attach them on the Lunar Paste background. Finish the card by drawing the snow with white gel pen on the card front. Below is another look of the card:
