Simon Wednesday Challenge - Party Time

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Party Time, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I used Iuile metallic watercolors to paint different colors on a piece of black cardstock. Then I took Simon Says Stamp's Birthday Balloons dies to cut the balloons out from the painted cardstock. I attached the balloons on a piece of dark grey cardstock and silver embossed the greeting (from Simon Says Stamp's Christmas Blessings stamps set) at the bottom of the card. I also silver embossed around the edges of the dark grey cardstock. Finish the card by drawing some white stings with white gel pen and attaching some silver disc sequins on the card.
