Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Lots Of Texture, below is the challenge photo:

I used Spellbinders' Luxe Background & Border 3D embossing folder and matching die to dry emboss and cut out the border from the dark turquoise cardstock. Then I lightly pressed white pigment ink pad on the embossed areas. I die cut the border two times with white cardstock and stacked them together. I stamped the script background on a light turquoise cardstock and attached the dry embossed border on top of the background. Finish the card by stamping "always & forever" (from Altenew's Sentiment Strips stamps set) on the light turquoise cardstock and attaching it on the dry embossed border.
