Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #649-650

Here is Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge - Weeks #649-650, below is the challenged word art:

 

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I applied different colors of Lisa Horton Crafts' Cloud 9 Interference ink pads on Paper Artsy JOFY PS147 stencil to make the background. The ink pads create a beautiful shimmery look. I die cut "hello" (from Simon Says Stamp's Handwritten Hello dies set) on blue foil cardstock and vellum. Finish the card by attaching the assembled "hello" at the bottom of the card. Below is another look of the card:
