Here is Stay Crafty With A Blog Named Hero April 2024 Challenge - Happy Anniversary, below is the challenge photo:

I put Hero Arts' Picasso Inspired stencil on a piece of watercolor paper. Then I sprinkled different colors of Lindy's Gang Magical powders on the watercolor paper. I sprayed water to let the powder to blend to create a shimmery background. Once the background is dry, I remove the stencil. I die cut a small heart at the left bottom of the background. I white embossed "happy birthday" (from Hero Arts' Friendly Messages stamps and dies set) on a piece of blue cardstock and die cut it out. I used foam tapes to attached the background on the card base and attached a small piece of holographic under the heart die cut. Finish the card by attaching "happy birthday" sentiment die on top of the heart die and three blue pearls on the heart. Below is another look of the card:
