Simon Monday Challenge - Have A Heart

Here is Simon Monday Challenge - Have A Heart, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:

I used the negative pressed foil from Spellbinders' Winter Rose Background press plate and cut it out with a heart die (from Hero Arts). I used Concord & 9th' Double Stripe card front die to create the double stitched squares background on white cardstock. I die cut the gold frame from Concord & 9th' A2 Thin Frames dies. I also die cut "sending" (from Concord & 9th' Sending Trio stamps & dies set) and gold embossed "love & joy" from the same stamp set. I attached the "sending" on top of the heart and "love & joy" at the bottom of the card. Finish the card by attaching three little gold gems after "sending". Below is another look of the card:
