Here is Spellbinders January 2026 Monthly Cardmaking Challenge - Foil & Shine. Below is the challenge photo:
And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:
I used Spellbinders' Winter Rose Background press plate and matte gold foil to hot foil the background. Then I used the matching stencils to blended the ink colors on the background. I used Spellbinders' Postage Stamps 3D embossing and cut folder to dry emboss the postage and cut out a piece of rectangle background to attach into the postage. I attached the postage on the background with foam tapes. Finish the card by attaching the gold foiled sentiment strip - Always and Forever (from Spellbinders' Always and Forever sentiment strips press plate & die set) on the postage. Below is another look of the card:
Supplies:
Cardstock: Hammermill, Spellbinders
Ink Pads: Altenew
Press Plates: Spellbinders
Stencils: Spellbinders
Dies: Spellbinders
3D Embossing Folder: Spellbinders
Others: Spellbinders matte gold foil, foam tapes
Thank you for visiting my blog.

This is absolutely gorgeous, Juilien! The matte gold foiling on the Winter Rose background is so elegant, and your ink blending with the coordinating stencils brings it beautifully to life. I love how the postage element adds dimension and interest—such a perfect balance of foil and shine for the January challenge. Stunning work! ✨
