Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes

Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, below is the challenge photo:

I stamped the background with Penny Black's Letter Background stamp and Posted stamp set. I used Spellbinders' Soaring 3D embossing folder on cobalt blue cardstock and press the same color of ink on the embossing folder to create the tone on tone effect. Then I used Waffle Flower's Postage Collage Blocks die to cut the embossed into little pieces and attached them on the match white postage die cut (from Waffle Flower's Postage Collage die). I die cut "hugs" (from Altenew's Simple Greetings die set) with black and cobalt blue cardstock. Finish the card by arranging the postage die cut and hugs die on the background.
