And here is the card I created to attend this challenge:
I die cut The Greetery's Hoopla mini die set on craft cardstock and blended in some white ink to create the mini hoops. I also use the dies to cut light pink cardstock as the background in the hoops. I die cut The Greetery's Embroidered Blooms die set and attached those little flowers and leaves into the hoops. I used Spellbinders' Dimensional Diamonds 3D embossing folder to create the brown embossed background. I stamped and die cut "happy birthday" (from Gina K Designs' Floral Framework stamp & die set) and stacked them several times. Finish the card by arranging the little hoops and greetings on the embossed background. Below is another look of the card:
