Here is Simon Wednesday Challenge - Something New, below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

I used the new stencil I got from Picket Fence's Slimline Leaf stencil and the new technique I learned to make the background. I dabbed different colors of Distress Oxide inks on the leaf stencil, then I spritz the water mist on the stencil and "stamp" the stencil on the watercolor paper to make the pretty background. I colored the flower (from Paper Artsy stamp) with Copic markers, cut it out and attach on the background. Finish the card by stamping "thank you" greetings (from Altenew's Paint A Flower: Calla Lily stamp set) on top of the card. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:

Cardstock: Stampin' Up, PTI, watercolor paper

Ink Pads: Distress Oxide inks, Gina K Designs

Here is Gina K Designs Jan 2021 Monthly Mix Challenge - Put Your Red Dress On! Below is the challenge photo:

And here is the card I made to attend this challenge:

This is the birthday card I made with Gina K Designs' All About You stamp set. I think this greeting is a wonderful replacement with the regular happy birthday. I applied the glitter paste over Gina K Designs' Harvest Flourish stencil on red cardstock. Let it dry completely. I white embossed the main image (from Gina K Designs' Holiday Tapestry stamp set) and the greeting on watercolor paper. I sprinkled some red and gold Cosmic Shimmer Pixie powders on the watercolor paper and mist water to let them spread out. Then I cut it out with a circle die and attached it in the middle of the card. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:

Cardstock: Gina K Designs, PTI, watercolor paper

Ink Pads: Versamark

Stamps: Gina K Designs

Stencil: Gina K Designs

Others: glitter paste, white embossing powder, Cosmic Shimmer Pixie powders

Stay Crafty With Hero Challenge #18 - Inspired By...

Here is Stay Crafty With Hero Challenge #18 - Inspired By..., below is the challenge photo:

I was inspired by Hero Arts' creative team Maria Willis' rainbow background card, you can see the post here. Below is the inspired card I made to attend the challenge:

I clear embossed Hero Arts' Branches Bold Prints background on white cardstock. Then I blended in rainbow colors of Distress Oxide inks to resist the branches. I spray the iridescent shimmer mist on the background and let it dry. I die cut Hero Arts' Leaves & Vines Fancy Die from black cardstock three times. I stacked them together and used a round die to cut it out and attach it on the round cut vellum. I white embossed "inked with love" (from Hero Arts' Stamped Just For You set) on a small stripe of black cardstock and attached it on the round die cut. Below is another look of the card:

Supplies:

Cardstock: PTI, Stampin' Up, vellum

Ink Pads: Versamark, Distress Oxide inks

Stamps: Hero Arts

Dies: Her Arts

Others: white embossing powder, iridescent shimmer mist, blending brushes

Happy New Year and thank you for visiting my blog.
